Returns & refunds.

Clothes have to be tried on. If a piece is not right, here is exactly how to send it back and what happens next.

Your right to cancel

As a consumer buying at distance, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us you are cancelling within those 14 days, then send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us.

You can cancel part of an order — a single size or colour — and keep the rest. To cancel, write to [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number and the pieces concerned. A clear statement is enough; you may also use our model cancellation form, but it is not compulsory.

The condition pieces must come back in

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no perfume, deodorant or smoke on them.
  • Original tags still attached and any hygiene seal intact.
  • Returned with their packaging wherever possible, so they travel safely.

You may handle a garment as you would in a fitting room. If it comes back with wear beyond that — and its value is reduced as a result — we may reduce the refund accordingly, and we will always explain why before doing so.

Pieces that cannot be returned

By law the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Underwear, swimwear and hosiery once a hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons.
  • Made-to-measure, altered or personalised pieces, including monogramming.
  • Gift cards.

This does not affect your rights if one of these arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

How to send something back

  • Write to us with your order number and which pieces you are returning.
  • We reply with the return address and anything you need to include in the parcel.
  • Pack the pieces with their tags, and send them with a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us it is still your responsibility, so keep the proof of postage.

Unless we tell you otherwise, the cost of returning a piece you simply changed your mind about is yours. If the piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the return costs us, not you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we check it and refund you within 14 days of the day you told us you were cancelling. We may wait until we have received the pieces back, or until you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first. Refunds go to the original payment method, at no cost to you, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

A cancelled order is refunded including the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery, we refund the standard rate. Where only part of an order is returned, the delivery charge is not refunded.

Banks take their own time to show the money — usually a few working days. If it has not appeared a week after we confirm the refund, check with your bank first, then write to us and we will trace it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order, so the size you want is not sold in the meantime. If you would rather we hold it for you, ask — we will do it when the piece is in stock.

Faulty, damaged or wrong pieces

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photograph. You are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement, and we pay the return costs. These rights last well beyond the cancellation period and are in addition to it — including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity described in our terms of sale.

Gifts

If a piece was bought for you as a gift, the person who placed the order is our contact for a refund. Write to us with the order number and we will help arrange it discreetly.
